DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
Simple Racer by Virtus Et Honos (Boris Sobat) - for the website and the apps
You can delete your Simple Racer account yourself, at any time, in the game - on the website or in the app. It takes a few seconds and can't be undone.
IN THE GAME
- Log in to your account (on simpleracer.io/play or in the app).
- Open your profile - your name and face in the top right corner.
- Press ACCOUNT (on a computer also the key A).
- Press DELETE, type your password and press DELETE.
- Press YES, DELETE. Your account is gone at once and you are logged out.
Forgot your password? On the log in screen press FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? - if your account has an email, a code is sent to it and you can set a new password.
CAN'T LOG IN?
Write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" and your account's name - from the account's email if it has one, so we know the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and write back when it is done.
WHAT IS DELETED
- Your account: name, password, email, race number, face and country.
- All your logins, on every device.
- Your time trial laps and world records, and the log of your checked laps.
- Your ranked ELO, division and results. In other players' old ranked matches your place stays as "Deleted driver", without your name, so their results stay right.
Your name is free for others right away. Nothing is kept: the daily database copies and the server's logs are removed after at most 30 days, so within 30 days nothing of the account is left anywhere. More in the Privacy Policy.
